Mojgan Khoshabi brings over four decades of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, with a strong track record in underwriting, portfolio management, and regional leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bahrain and a Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute (London).

During her distinguished career, Mojgan held senior leadership roles across several leading insurance organizations. Most notably, she served as Regional Managing Director – MENA at Chubb, where she led operations across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Pakistan, Tunisia, and Dubai. She previously held key positions at Asia Capital Re, Bahrain National Insurance Company, and Arab Insurance Group, developing deep expertise in facultative and energy underwriting.

Mojgan brings valuable strategic insight, governance experience, and industry knowledge to her role on TIM’s Board of Directors.

Wasif is a seasoned financial professional with more than 18 years of experience, bringing strategic oversight and expertise to the Board of TIM. As a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a master’s degree holder in Economics, he combines technical excellence with in-depth industry knowledge. Alongside his role as a Board Member, he is also the Head of Finance at Trust Re, the Parent company, where he leads critical financial operations and serves as the Secretary of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Earlier in his career, Wasif gained invaluable experience at two of the Big 4 audit firms, specializing in delivering external and internal audit services to financial institutions. His deep understanding of the financial landscape strengthens his contributions to TIM’s strategic direction and operational success.
