Arthur has over 40 years of experience in reinsurance, with his most recent position being Chief Underwriter at Trust Re. Prior to that, he was Senior Underwriter at ACR ReTakaful MEA in Bahrain and COO of Saudi Re in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Previously, his positions included a founding role as Co-Head of Non-US Underwriting at Arch Re in Bermuda as well as Senior VP, International Treaty at PXRE (now Argo Re) and Head of Facultative for two reinsurers in Paris.

Wasif is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in banking and insurance. Since 2016, he has held the position of Accounting Manager, Branches and Subsidiaries at Trust Re.

Kamal Tabaja is a graduate in Systems and Computer Engineering from Carleton University in Canada; he is also a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) UK.
Kamal began his Reinsurance career with Trust Re in 2002 in the Treaty department. He later moved to hold several positions within the company in Property and Engineering, thereafter heading the Energy department.
In 2013, Kamal was promoted to Group Chief Underwriter and to Group COO in 2014. Furthermore, Kamal was appointed CEO of Trust Insurance Management in 2016.

Lakhdar’s career spans 45 years in executive management positions in various sectors including Audit, Banking, Manufacturing, Contracting and Insurance in Canada, Europe and the GCC. In his capacity as consultant and executive manager, he has spent more than 25 years involved in strategy and business development initiatives in the insurance industry.
